01 — START SLOW
Make Sunday Morning Feel Like Sunday
Before the resetting begins, have a morning you actually enjoy.
Make yourself a proper breakfast. Light a candle. Put on some music and take your time with your coffee.
There will be plenty of time to think about Monday later.
For now, let Sunday morning be slow.
CHOOSE HAPPY HABIT
Make the reset something you look forward to.
Good breakfast. Coffee. Candles. Music on. Then start.
02 — RESET YOUR SPACE
Do the Things That Make Home Feel Fresh Again
Once breakfast is done, start with the little jobs that make the biggest difference.
Put the bedding in the wash. Clear the kitchen and bathroom counters. Put things back where they belong. Do a quick clean and take care of any laundry that has been waiting.
You don’t need to deep-clean your entire home.
The goal is simply to make everything feel a little fresher before a new week begins.
And few things beat getting into fresh sheets on Sunday night.

03 — HAVE YOUR SUNDAY SPA
Make Self-Care Part of the Reset
Once the practical things are done, it’s time for the better part.
Take your everything shower. Wash your hair, do your skincare and take a little longer than you normally would.
Stay makeup-free. Put on your favorite comfy clothes. Light a candle and let yourself slow down.
Self-care doesn’t have to be squeezed into the end of an already busy day.
On Sunday, make it part of the plan.
04 — LOOK AT THE WEEK AHEAD
Give Monday a Little Head Start
You don’t need to plan every hour of the coming week.
Just take a few minutes to see what’s ahead.
Check your calendar for appointments or anything important. Make a simple to-do list. If you have time, think about a few dinners for the week.
Then choose your clothes for Monday — or even a few work outfits for the days ahead.
A little preparation on Sunday can mean a lot less thinking on Monday morning.

05 — CLEAR THE LITTLE THINGS
Create Give Yourself a Cleaner Start
Before you close the laptop, take care of some of the small digital clutter too.
Delete emails you don’t need. Reply to anything quick that has been sitting there. Clear out the things you already know you won’t come back to.
This doesn’t need to turn into an hour of admin.
Ten quiet minutes can be enough to make Monday feel a little less cluttered before it has even started.
06 — THEN STOP
Let Sunday Evening Be Sunday Evening
Once the reset is done, be done.
Put on your comfy clothes. Light the candles again. Pick up your book, work on a hobby or put on your favorite series.
Your calendar is checked. Your home feels better. Fresh sheets are waiting. You know what tomorrow looks like.
There’s nothing else you need to accomplish tonight.
Enjoy your Sunday.
You Don’t Need to Have the Whole Week Figured Out
A Sunday reset isn’t about creating the perfect week.
Things will change. Plans will move. Some things on your to-do list probably won’t get done.
That’s okay.
The point is simply to make Monday feel a little less overwhelming.
Fresh home. Fresh sheets. A checked calendar. A simple plan. And a Sunday you actually enjoyed.
That’s enough.
